Mandatory Documents
- Application Form — we will fill this.
- Cover Letter
- Flight Reservation
- Accommodation proof (Hotel Booking / Invitation Letter with accommodation)
- Travel + medical Insurance
- Passport copy (Front & Last Page)
- 2 Photographs (35×45 MM, white background, 80% face covered)
- Savings (FD/RD/Properties documents)
- Last visa copies of Schengen, UK, US, Canada (if available)
If Applicant Is Employed
- Leave letter / NOC letter from Employer
- Salary Slip for last 3 months
- ITR / Form-16 for last 3 years
- Bank Statement for salary account for last 3 months — sign and stamp from the bank.
If Applicant Is Self-Employed
- Company registration certificate (Proprietorship / Partnership / company registration)
- GST certificate / PAN card copy
- Company ITR for last 3 years
- Company Bank Statement for last 3 months, signed and stamped from the bank.
- Personal ITR / Form-16 for last 3 years
- Personal Bank Statement for last 3 months, signed and stamped from the bank.
If Retired / Student
- Retirement certificate / School Bonafide certificate / School ID / College ID
- ITR / Form-16 for last 3 years
- Bank Statement for last 3 months, signed and stamped from the bank.
If Someone Is Paying For Your Trip
- Sponsorship letter
- Income Tax proof for last 3 years
- Bank Statement for last 3 months, signed and stamped from the bank.
- Proof of occupation (If self-employed — business registration/GST; if salaried — 6 months payslips).
- Any Govt ID copy.
- Proof of relationship
